At South Florida Acrylics LLC, we offer router machining services for plastics including Acrylic, HDPE or LDPE, polycarbonate, foam PVC, UHMW, ABS, nylon, acetal, CPVC, HDU and polypropylene. We can also machine aluminum, wood, and starboard materials. Our machining processes include routing, milling and cutting.

Our team is capable of producing parts such as pockets, holes, threads, 3D reliefs, engravings, V carves, inlays and custom shapes. We can machine parts with size up to 6.5 x 10 ft. and tolerance of ± 0.005 in. Prototype, small to large production runs and blanket orders are supported. Fast turnaround and delivery services are also provided. Lead times are quoted on job by job basis. Rush services are available.
