We print full color directly onto acrylic and other rigid substrates using flatbed UV. The ink cures onto the sheet itself. No vinyl overlay, no laminate lifting at the corners eight months in.
Printed and fabricated in the same building
This is the part most print shops cannot do.
A printed acrylic panel usually passes through two vendors: one prints it, another cuts and finishes it. Every handoff adds days, adds shipping, and adds someone to blame when the registration is off or the edge chips.
We print on the same material we cut. Artwork goes on, the panel gets cut to shape, edges get polished, and the piece ships finished. One shop, one quote, one point of contact.
What we print on
Clear and colored acrylic. PVC foam. Polycarbonate. Aluminum composite. Wood. Most rigid sheet we fabricate, we can print.
Second surface printing on clear acrylic
On clear panels we can print the reverse side so the image sits behind the material. The face stays glass-smooth and fully cleanable, and the graphic is physically protected from scratching. For retail fixtures and jewelry displays that get touched all day, it is the difference between a piece that looks new in year two and one that does not.
Backing it with a white ink layer makes the color read solid instead of translucent.
What it is used for
Branded retail displays and shelf talkers. Point of purchase for CPG. Directional and wayfinding signage. Illuminated menu boards. Jewelry and watch display components. Trade show graphics on rigid panel. Architectural and donor recognition walls. Custom awards.
