2. Orders & Custom Products

• Custom Work: All products are custom-made based on client specifications. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Proofs & Approvals: Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs, dimensions, and design files before production. We are not liable for errors approved by the client.

• Lead Time: Production time depends on the project scope. Delivery dates are estimated and agreed upon with each customer before production begins.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods through our website or invoicing system.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping fees and timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit (see Warranty section).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, designs, logos, text, and product photos—is the property of South Florida Acrylics and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

South Florida Acrylics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
