Welcome to South Florida Acrylics. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our AI assistant, and our services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Website

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse our Services, interfere with the normal operation of the Site, attempt to access the Services through automated means without our permission, or use the Services to validate, test, or process stolen or unauthorized payment information.

2. AI Assistant

Our Site provides an AI-powered assistant to help you explore products, answer general questions, and navigate the Site. By using the AI assistant, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI assistant provides general information for convenience only and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

Information provided by the AI assistant — including any reference to products, availability, dimensions, timelines, or pricing — is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding quote, offer, or contract. All pricing for custom and made-to-order products is provided exclusively through an official written quote from our Sales team, and no order enters production until that quote is confirmed in writing.

• You should not rely on the AI assistant for professional, technical, or purchasing decisions without confirming the information with our Sales team.

• Your interactions with the AI assistant are processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including the sharing of conversational content with our service provider, Microsoft.

3. Orders & Custom Products

• Custom Work. Most products are custom-made or made-to-order based on client specifications. Because production begins specifically for you, all custom and made-to-order sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

• Proofs & Approvals. Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs, dimensions, and design files before production. We are not liable for errors in specifications or files approved by the client.

• Lead Time. Production time depends on project scope. Delivery dates are estimated and agreed upon with each customer before production begins.

4. Pricing & Quotes

Prices for standard catalog items are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Custom and made-to-order products are priced by written quote from our Sales team. Any prices, estimates, or figures shown by the AI assistant, in marketing materials, or elsewhere are not binding unless confirmed in a written quote. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods through our website or invoicing system. Payment for products does not include shipping; shipping is arranged and paid separately as described below.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping fees and timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. For oversized, freight, local-delivery, and custom orders, shipping is quoted separately and must be confirmed before production is completed or released. Payment shown at checkout may be for the product only; our Sales team will arrange and quote shipping separately. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. Except as required by law, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit (see Warranty & Disclaimer).

7. Warranty & Disclaimer

We take care to fabricate quality products. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement or as required by applicable law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including rights relating to products that are defective or damaged on arrival.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, logos, text, and product photos — is the property of South Florida Acrylics LLC and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission. Any designs or files you submit remain your responsibility as to their lawful use; you represent that you have the rights necessary to submit them for production.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Florida Acrylics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our Services, the AI assistant, or our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved as follows. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot, [any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and the Company waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action], except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court.
