Why the Edge Finish Matters

Two polishing methods, chosen by where the edge lands in the finished piece.

True Optical Clarity

Diamond polishing cuts the edge rather than melting it, so you can see straight through the material. The finish for vitrines, cases, and furniture.

Square, Not Rounded

Flame rounds an edge slightly. Diamond holds a true 90 degrees, which matters when panels have to meet each other cleanly in an assembly.

Cost Where It Counts

Not every edge needs the top finish. We spec each face by whether the customer sees it, instead of polishing everything and billing you for it.

Often Already Included

Laser-cut acrylic comes off our machine flame-polished on the cut face. On many jobs the finish is part of the cut, not a line item.

Outside Work Welcome

How do I get a quote?

Send us your file, drawing, or even a rough sketch with the dimensions and material you need. We reply with pricing and a production timeline, usually within 24 hours. No commitment required.

What file formats do you accept?

Vector files work best: AI, DXF, EPS, or PDF. If you only have a photo or a hand sketch, send that too. We can build the production file from it.

Do you ship, or is it local pickup only?

Both. You can pick up at our Miami facility, or we arrange shipping after your order. Shipping is quoted separately based on size and destination.

What's your typical turnaround time?

It depends on the project size and complexity. Most standard jobs are ready within a few business days. We give you a firm timeline with your quote before you commit.
