Full sheet capacity
Our laser bed measures 98 x 59 in, which takes a full 4x8 ft sheet without splitting it. We cut clear and colored acrylic up to 5/8 in (15 mm) thick.
Cutting a full sheet in one pass matters more than it sounds. Fewer setups means fewer seams, tighter part-to-part consistency across a run, and less material waste billed back to you.
For thicker stock or machined features like pockets, counterbores, and threaded holes, the job moves to our CNC router, which handles parts up to 6.5 x 10 ft. Same building, same team, same timeline.
Cut to size, any shape
Send a shape and we cut it. Straight panels, curves, interior cutouts, slots, tab-and-slot assemblies for flat-pack builds, and repeat runs where every piece has to land identically.
The laser leaves a flame-polished edge straight off the machine on most acrylic, so on a lot of jobs there is no secondary finishing to pay for. When you need optical clarity on an exposed edge, we finish it with diamond polishing in house.
