CNC Routing and Machining in Miami

Description

Our CNC routers machine parts up to 6.5 x 10 ft with a tolerance of 0.005 in. That is larger than a standard sheet, which means oversized panels, architectural elements, and large fixture components get machined in one piece instead of being cut down and joined.

Materials we run

Acrylic, HDPE, LDPE, polycarbonate, PVC foam, UHMW, ABS, nylon, acetal, CPVC, HDU, and polypropylene. We also machine aluminum, wood, and starboard.

If you are specifying a material and are not sure it will hold up in a Florida install, ask before you buy the sheet. The wrong plastic outdoors in this climate fails in months.

What we machine

Routing, milling, and profile cutting. Pockets and recesses for sub-flush insets. Drilled and threaded holes. 3D reliefs and V carves. Inlays. Engraving. Custom shapes from your file or from a physical sample.

When CNC instead of laser

Both cut. They are not interchangeable.

The laser is faster on thin acrylic and leaves a flame-polished edge with no secondary work. Choose it for flat parts under 5/8 in where the edge finish comes off the machine ready to use.

The router handles thicker stock, materials the laser cannot process cleanly, and anything that needs a machined feature rather than a through cut. Pockets, threads, bevels, counterbores. The routed edge is mechanically cut, which means it can be diamond polished to optical clarity if the piece calls for it.

Send us the part and we will tell you which process fits. Most jobs that come in asking for one end up better on the other.

Tolerance and repeatability

0.005 in is tight enough for parts that have to assemble without shims, mate with hardware, or drop into an existing enclosure. For production runs, the value is not hitting that number once. It is hitting it on part four hundred the same as part one.

Files

Vector or 3D files in AI, DXF, DWG, STEP, or PDF. For machined features we need dimensions, not just an outline. A drawing with callouts beats a pretty rendering.

Acrylic, HDPE, polycarbonate, PVC foam, ABS, nylon, aluminum, wood, and more. If you are not sure a material holds up in a Florida install, ask before you buy the sheet.

Machined Features

Pockets, recesses, drilled and threaded holes, bevels, counterbores, 3D reliefs, V carves, and inlays. Not just through cuts.

what clients usually ask

How do I get a quote?

Send us your file, drawing, or even a rough sketch with the dimensions and material you need. We reply with pricing and a production timeline, usually within 24 hours. No commitment required.

What file formats do you accept?

Vector files work best: AI, DXF, EPS, or PDF. If you only have a photo or a hand sketch, send that too. We can build the production file from it.

Do you ship, or is it local pickup only?

Both. You can pick up at our Miami facility, or we arrange shipping after your order. Shipping is quoted separately based on size and destination.

What's your typical turnaround time?

It depends on the project size and complexity. Most standard jobs are ready within a few business days. We give you a firm timeline with your quote before you commit.

Do you work with businesses and individuals?

Yes. We handle everything from single custom pieces to large B2B production runs for retailers, architects, designers, and brands.

Everything is made in Miami?

Yes. We fabricate in-house in our Miami facility. Nothing is outsourced overseas, which means better quality control, faster turnaround, and direct communication throughout your project.
